Office Manager

THE ROLE

As an Office Manager at EECO2 you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and morale among our workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of office operations and efficient business processes. While you won’t have direct line management responsibilities, you’ll need to work independently and collaborate effectively within a working group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Office operations

  • Management of all office operations, ensuring the facilities and equipment are serviced, working and ready for use.
  • Working with third parties to agree, organise and monitor the scope and delivery of:-
    • Landlord responsibilities
    • Office Cleaning requirements
    • Office updates and repairs
    • Company Events
  • Organising and welcoming visitors.

Processes

  • Ownership of the Quality Management System to ensure we sustain our ISO9001 certification
  • Purchasing goods or services through the finance process
  • Owning the “Team Member of the Month award” process
  • HR related:
    • Monitoring of company and personal objectives for the company producing KPIs to drive progression.
    • Management Reporting of HR performance.
    • Recruitment support for the management team and centrally owned recruitment planning.
    • Ownership of the office induction and onboarding.

THE PERSON

  • BTEC or equivalent in business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Recent experience demonstrating delivery of office management / company secretary role.
  • Experience managing and working with Senior Leadership.
  • Software experience – able to use Microsoft suite to high degree of proficiency.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of businesses processes and objectives.
  • Ability to network, build and maintain positive relationships at all levels, to facilitate internal meetings with a focus on “diversity in thought”.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
