The latest EECO2 case study involves the EECO2 team developing a strategy to reduce water usage at a busy Cape Town client site. The water level in the area was at a critical stage, as summer was approaching and they had had a low winter rainfall. Using best practiced expertise, the EECO2 team investigated opportunities to reduce water usage. For example, water metering; Modifying existing metering, adding new metering and creating KPIs into a strategy to generate alert limits for the site.
The team were working with an extremely interactive and engaged on-site team, who contributed a great deal throughout the event, which allowed it to run smoothly with great end results. The team developed 24 projects on the final project list, including several ‘just-do-it’ projects, which are designed to deliver immediate savings when implemented.
