The Importance of Design in Cleanrooms for HVAC Performance

We recently collaborated with cleanroom furniture experts Teknomek, to add our perspective on design in cleanrooms and how this impacts heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC).

Within the article, EECO2’s Tom Nutley adds that air change rate (ACR) is not a definitive guarantee of cleanroom ventilation performance, meaning many cleanrooms are operating a HVAC system at high intensity without consideration for the demands of the cleanroom and indeed the wider environmental impact of excessive energy consumption.
