The diverse EECO2 team is made up of employees from all over the world, including Spain, Turkey, Poland, China and from within the UK; Scotland, Yorkshire, Surrey, Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
One benefit of employing a diverse range of people, is that each team member will have had different experiences, problems to solve and will have established different ways of overcoming issues. This will influence the way they think and approach projects. Having a team of engineers with various abilities to address a problem, will increase the probability of the challenges being solved.
Another great advantage of having such a diverse team is language. As EECO2 are a global company, their client site’s cover a wide spectrum of languages. Having a team with a multitude of languages to speak of can greatly improve communication.
With the team members working closely together, they all learn from each other and improve understanding of foreign languages, cultures and different solutions for delivering best practice and sustainability.
Although the EECO2 team has originated from various cultures and backgrounds, the team have great experience in both technical and practical project delivery and place an importance on energy efficiency, enabling companies to become more sustainable and lower cost footprint.
