To make it easier for our clients to analyse and monitor our social and environmental performance, EECO2 have undergone an extensive independent assessment by EcoVadis, which covers the management of labour rights, fair business practices, anti-bribery and corruption, environment and sustainable procurement. EcoVadis is a company that brings buyers and suppliers together to efficiently drive CSR and sustainability performance (read more here). The assessment helps companies monitor and report on environmental, social and ethical sustainability throughout their supply chain. As well as producing a corporate social responsibility (CSR) rating (Bronze, Silver or Gold), the assessment also uncovers a company’s strengths and improvement areas, as it employs a continuous improvement process.
EECO2 is pleased to share its result of a Gold CSR performance rating, and following the continuous improvement model, the EECO2 team will be working on the improvement areas and aim to improve the result within the next few months. In fact, the team already has a few ideas in place!
